Cobalt 12 offers uncompromised ease of use with binaural instruments that can communicate with one another wirelessly.  Digital sound processing analyzes data from both hearing instruments and combines them to create a natural and synchronized sound.  

REMOTE CONTROL
Operating Cobalt 12 instruments is enhanced with the optional remote control. The Cobalt 12 remote control allows the user to discreetly make volume and program changes, and also allows you to turn your instruments on and off.
 
THE BLU RCU (Remote Control Unit)
Cobalt 12's cutting edge technology allows you to control the connections between your hearing instruments and the devices that you use on a daily basis: cell phones, audio system, stereo/MP3 player, even your TV.  With Cobalt 12, you can enjoy the sound of your television directly in your hearing instruments without worrying if the volume is too loud for others around you. The Blu RCU turns the hearing instruments into individual headphones by wirelessly transmitting the stereo signals.
 
BLUETOOTH
By utilizing the Bluetooth feature on your Cobalt 12 hearing instruments, you can eliminate the need for a bulky Bluetooth earpiece.  Instead you can enjoy your phone conversations directly through your hearing instruments.  With the press of a button on the Blu RCU you are able to make and answer phone calls and actually enjoy the conversation without having to worry about feedback from your hearing instruments.  It also will notify you when a phone call is coming in even when you are in a different listening program.
